We are excited to team with Liquid Highway to sell 12 oz. bags of coffee in dark and medium roast as well as decaf.  For those who are not familiar with Liquid Highway, they are a local vendor with coffee shops around Mauldin and Greenville.  All of their profits go to help charities around the world.  Now they are helping our band!!
 

This will be a continual fundraiser through the end of next marching season and beyond. There are two ways to sell coffee !

In Person

All coffee comes ground in 12 oz. bags at a cost of $10 per bag. The fundraise amount toward your account is $5.00 per bag.

The order form is online for you to download and sell to friends, family and neighbors. Please make sure your name and phone number are on the order form and that all orders are totaled across the bottom. This order sheet must be turned into MHS bandroom according to the schedule outlined below. The order form will be returned with the delivery of the coffee to the MHS bandroom on the date scheduled. All money is due at the time of order. No cash will be accepted by the Band Boosters. You may accept cash and then turn in a check. All checks should be made payable to Mauldin HS Band Boosters. VERY IMPORTANT: Put checks in the Band Room Mailbox or

Sell to everyone!! Let them know that you are raising money to participate in marching band or if you are raising money to go to the Sugar Bowl explain the charitable side of the trip. People like helping other people, and helping a school in New Orleans with their music program is a good selling point.

Online

Orders for coffee can be made online at www.mavband.com/shopmavband.html. The customer should select the type of coffee desired and enter the student’s name so that your fundraise amount is credited to your account.

Payment will be made online via PayPal. There is a $0.50 per bag fee to order online. Therefore, each bag is $10.50 online with $5.00 per bag as the fundraise amount.

A list of coffee sold online for each student will be provided with the delivery of the coffee, including customer name and contact information. You will be responsible for delivering any coffee ordered online.
