SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Below please find information regarding Safety Precautions for our trip. If you have any that you would like to add, please submit them to the Mr. Scheuch.

1. Hotel, Bus, and Public Rules and Regulations

2. Chaperones should perform the following:

I. Administer medication to students
II. Carry medication
III. Make Mr. Scheuch aware of any problems immediately

3. Bus captains must check off bus lists.
4. Students remain with Chaperones at all times with the exception of the hotel room after curfew.
5. Chaperones carry the Bowl Games packet at all times.
6. Male and female students will not be sitting together.
7. Hotel room doors will be taped from the outside after curfew.
8. Students may only be in his or her own room. No students are allowed in anyone else’s room.
9. Luggage search prior to leaving school and prior to leaving San Antonio.
10. Mr. Scheuch will always carry a cell phone for emergencies- (864) xxx-xxxx

CONSEQUENCES FOR POOR CHOICES

Students will be sent home at the expense of his or her parent for the following infractions:

1. Possession or use of tobacco, alcohol, and/or any illegal drug.
2. Inappropriately fraternizing with somebody of the opposite sex.
3. Actions that break state or federal law.
4. Vandalism of property belonging to the hotel or any individual.

Students will be required to sleep in the same room as their chaperone for the following infractions:

1. Not making curfew.
2. Tardiness.
3. Disturbing others in the hotel or on the bus.
4. Unacceptable noise level in the hotel or on the bus.
5. Disobedience of chaperone or Mr. Scheuch.

Students must financially compensate for the following.

1. Lost ticket.
2. Destruction of any property belonging to someone else.
3. Loss of income to the hotel due to student’s behavior.
